Whats the process of initiating and getting the hike/bonus?
I joined IBM on last week of May 2022, was on bench till 20th November 2022 and got allocated to project on 21 November 2022.

Denial and gaslighting. Of course they know what these are. What industry is this in?
Grocery e-commerce in the UK. I sometimes recommend it to people as a “not terrible place to work at”. To what I hear replies “I’ve heard good things of it”. An I’m like: really?

these behaviours still exist in 2023 sadly. I had been in situations when people handshaked everyone in the room except with women.
The leader of my division openly acknowledged that diversity or inclusion is least of their priority. Nobody batted an eye. I had heard of the "Corporate America" term and it's impact on diversity candidates. That was the first day I fully lived it.
