Atomic Habits. Helped me understand why and how to make and break habits.
Crucial Conversations - cheat code for how to talk to people. Yes for important high stakes conversations but also day to day.
Never Split the difference - this will help you negotiate. Salary, ideas with your CD, Facebook marketplace.

How Brands Grow is the best book any creative can read. It will give you the background and vocabulary you need to sell breakthrough work to clients.

Das Kapital
If you read it as more of a history book with a bit of self-help to it and NOT as a guide to life/your career, there’s cool stuff in it.
Twyla Tharp’s “The Creative Habit”. It was written pre-digital era, but was named one of the 100 best business books ever written - and it was written by a contemporary dancer. It’s a very “let’s get real” look at how creativity really works. I’ve given it to a lot of junior people in agencies.

I’ll run against the grain and advise you to stay away from self-help books.
Read the Big Classics, the western canon, political theory (unironically, Das Kapital is a great read), fiction & poetry, as well as religious books such as the Abrahamic works.
All of these will help you to think and understand the world in ways that you didn’t before.
