I used to put MCT in my coffee to get the extra fats and it worked great. You have to start out slow instead of going straight into the full serving size though.
Disaster pants. MCT plus, collegen, Magnesium and Vitamin C... maybe coffee... all have similar and amplified impacts.
No on MCT oil. I’m trying to lose weight, I don’t need to drink fat. I get enough through food. No on exogenous ketones.
I do supplement magnesium with a couple mag citrate pills at night for sleep and to keep things moving. Also make ketoade with salt/lite salt for sodium potassium. Tend to take the na/k mix in a small container when I travel so I can mix up some wherever.
My recipe? Mix sea salt and lite salt 50/50. Put some in water from time to time. Drink the water. (Maybe not all at once, as that can have side effects.) some people like flavorings like Mio. I just drink it straight. How much salt/how often I drink it depends on how hot it is and how active I’m being, usually.
