Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture. We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior. The managers are expecting me to join all the calls. No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?

Two former colleagues... And they are not always available. I like my current colleagues, but there’s always competition and one uping others on the horizon with some people. The “look at me/praise me/I’m better” teachers.
I hate it for y'all! I don't have just 2 people. I have 2 full grade levels that make me feel cared for and supported. My whole hallway is like a family. Every morning we meet in hall and crack jokes about each other, the kids, or our families and its the best part of my day. If it's somebody's birthday we make a big deal. If someone comes dressed up we make a big deal. If somebody got a new hair style we make a big deal. We just do the most to make each other feel acknowledged and appreciated. We often gift each other things like cleaning supplies, teacher supplies, gloves, snacks, and candles. It makes me look forward to going to work. We joke all the time that we would come to the building in the morning, have our laughs, and go teach at home if we could. Care and support is a 2 way street.
Nope- moved states and subbed, then Rona & I did get a year long sub job but I never see ANYONE
True! We laugh together, cry together, and vent to each other. We have counted on each other daily to survive this insane school year!
I’m lucky to have some good Teacher friends. From past schools and current. I value them!
I have one and she is retiring this year. :(
A handful of teacher friends are all that I can trust or count on in the entire district that I work in. Because I have been our local union President and the Directors number 1 enemy they tend to distanc themselves from me.
True! But we’ll all be at different sites next year. I realize I am very fortunate to have these humans as not everyone has found those people yet.
I have one
