If it's specifically for a small business I'd recommend LACRM (it literally stands for "Less Annoying CRM") because it is pretty simple to use and it doesn't come with all the bells and whistles. I tend to prefer more basic software like this because I don't need something playing a chime sound on my phone every time we have an update to the system, since there's a fair chance that I'm directly involved in updating it I really don't need the notifications. It's $15 per month but you get a free 30 day trial I believe
I started using Bigin not too long ago, it works very well with Google Workspace (which I can confirm) and it says it also works for MailChimp, Microsoft, and so on but I don't have any firsthand experience with that. It's less expensive than other CRMs and there's even a free version if you only have one person using the service, which is great if you don't feel like committing to it before getting a feel for if it would work for you or not
Not Hubspot. I find it too expensive even for some mid-sized companies.
SalesForce is great because of the flexibility. As a small business, you can pick and choose what features you need. However, the CRM is extremely scalable so you can always modify as you grow.
