Wondering people opinion on this scenario. Has your manager ever went off on a coworker during a department meeting? It made me feel super uncomfortable. Has anyone else experienced this?

I know some of my colleagues are recording their standard fees as time so that it counts towards their billable hours. It infuriates me but am I just being naive by not doing the same?

Does anyone else feel like distribution is the most behind-the-times of any department within a company? I work for a major automotive brand and some of the facility managers write and read at a 9th grade level, cannot properly use virtually anything in Office, etc.
