I have 3 YOE in Tech Consulting (PwC and a boutique). Currently at the Consultant / Senior Associate level. What level / salary would that put me at at MBB in their Technology / Digital Practices? I do not have an MBA

Plan to go to B-school in 3 years (1 year out of UG now). Long term goal is entrepreneurship. Have offers at a MBB firm for a generalist consultant role and at FAANG for a strategy role. FAANG offer is slightly higher (though both are a 50+% bump on my current comp). Both would have me reset to entry level. Which one should I take?

What's the ACD salary range in Chicago? Same for in-house?

Is it a turn off to recruiters to show eagerness to hear back on a decision? It’s been about a week after the interview.
