1. Salesforce (Acumen) - senior consultant (mulesoft) - 140k base, no RSUs or bonus. perks include all that Salesforce has including espp. Next promo manager and will be granted RSUs. They have filed my h1 so if I refuse now it ll be reneging.
2. Pwc - Manager 2, FS - mulesoft (cloud computing) . Next level is SM. TC 150k. Joining Bonus 25k * Annual Bonus 0%
3. Wipro 145k base (leaning no)
4. Deloitte- consultant (cloud ) 135k base, joining bonus 20k , annual Bonus 15% (leaning no)

Any idea on salary ranges for PwC M/SM? Trying to prepare for salary negotiations... thanks!

I was recruited for this role and I feel like I know very little about Amazon’s comp strategy outside the basics found on the interwebs. I’m pretty sure this is an L7 role. I am weighing my options here
1. Option 1: Join the industry at a Senior Manager position in a mid sized med device company in it's 5th year under a PE firm (mention this as there is a potential that it may be sold). Spoke to the Senior Director and it's going to be a clean slate. Need to build things ground up. My base salary falls by 10k. Bonus component is very promising and everyone told me that the bonus payout has been great

2. Option 2: stay with PwC. Take the additional 10k cntd...

Fishes need advice, I'm a M3 and my Partners have repeatedly told me that I am the strongest candidate for promotion this year, they haven't said it for sure though.
