I’m sure you know this, but make sure you’re getting enough electrolytes. That really helped me on week 2 (after suffering for a week)
D1 I had some of that. Not the chills as much but even if headaches and nausea and frequent trips to the bathroom! *never trust a keto fart* 😂
This stuff helped keto flu. Tastes really good too.
^^ wow that does sound like real flu. I'm just feeling run down and slow
....so I know the good parts waiting for me but man this is a drag.
Get some extra potassium, magnesium and sodium
I took supplements for each the first couple weeks and I think it helped with keeping the flu symptoms at bay
In the same boat today. Horrible headaches, cold sweats, and feeling lousy and queasy. Hoping it’s not “real” flu lol.
When i had the keto flu, it was the worst headache of my life and terrible brain fog. Happened on day 3 but only lasted two days. I drank pickle juice to help with that and the leg cramps. Also, electrolytes are your friend. I even drank some Powerade Zero (yes, Keto police it has artificial sugars) but it was the only thing available that helped me push through. Switched to Ultima when i had the strength to go buy some.
It is bad — but it won’t be long and then your energy will be amazing afterwards. Keep on ketoing....
Cool, I have that stuff maybe need to tinker with amounts. Good advice!
