I’m familiar with domestic flight timing but not so sure on international

My CD is pretty MIA 90%+ of the time, but still expects all work to come via them before it can go for review.

While that's pretty standard practice, the constant disappearing act leaves me in a pretty shitty position. I've found myself drastically cutting down my creative time to make sure there is ample time for approval, only for it to be sitting in their inbox for a week + with zero feedback.

I've tried explaining to them the impact this bottle neck is having on me but nothing. Help!

Any input on job offerings I’ve received. Morgan Stanley CRU risk officer pay is $70k with a less than 10% bonus. And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. Currently a Investment Consiltant at WFA making $62k with a $7k bonus. Both are in office positions in SLC, UT. TIA

I am in San Jose with AOS (Eb1C) filed in May 2021. Receipt number starts with MSC. Completed biometrics in Oct 2021 and have received EAD and AP in November 2021. I140 approved in Mar 2022. Since then I haven’t received anything and have been waiting for my medical RFE. Do you guys think realistically I have a chance to get GC in this USCIS Fiscal year?
