I started my new gig remotely and one of my coworkers - who is higher up than me but not my direct boss - is completely MIA and a huge bottleneck for my projects. Honestly unsure if she’s slammed or just doesn’t care since we’re remote. Any advice on how to handle/should I tell our boss?

Any tips for managing new analysts on a project? In the past I have worked with motivated analysts that are able to own tasks and we just sync every couple of days on what needs to be done. Currently managing an analyst that is always MIA and doesn’t get tasks done... tried giving more creative leeway at the beginning, now we are down to me having to micromanage every task (really not my style, but otherwise it doesn’t get done!)

Started a gig recently and got paired up with a FL AD who is constantly MIA for over an hour at a time or more. They also take a really long time to do simple stuff like banners and are constantly making excuses. I'm doing all the work conceptually. They swear they aren't on another gig or anything (which is fine if they got work done), but I'm over it. Gig is another month and it's a solid opp, but not sure what to do.
