McKinsey & Company Advice needed: A McKinsey & Company partner added me on LinkedIn out of the blue (no shared expertise, prior encounter, or mutual connections). Is this an opening to reach out and possibly get invited to an off-cycle interview? Or am I wrongly reading between the lines here?
I have an interview coming up with Deloitte for an Audit Internship. The recorded interview round wasn’t too bad, but now I’m onto the final round - two interviews back-to-back with an Audit Manager and Audit Partner. For anyone who can share their experiences, tips, or potential questions to ask - I’d really appreciate it!
Is there anyone here who has gone through experienced hire recruiting for Oliver Wyman? I had a recruiter call, a call with the hiring manager (partner), and a 1:1 case with a Principal. Just wanted more information on what to expect next from OW in terms of the process. Would it usually entail another case interview and some fit interviews? Thanks!
