Going to in person interview at pwc p&o practice for senior position. Meeting with a partner, a director and a manager. What should I expect?

What is the difference between Partner/Principal and Director at your company? Role, Revenue Target, Responsibility, Compensation, etc.

I was promised for a good role on a new project but just learned the role is much below my expectation, how do I take it with partner and director in a polite way?
