Thinking about a role at Square on the Business Development side with an IT focus. Heard that growth saturated at L6. That’s the level I could go in at. Should I stick around for 2 years at D and try to make SM or go to Tech at L6 with very little possibility of growth to L7?

How feasible would jumping from manager level in consulting to a director of product marketing role be (E.g., PMM roles with a 10 YOE requirement)? I have relevant GTM strategy experience, but no direct experience as a product marketing manager.

Interviewed for a SM role at Accenture. Situational and with 2 other SMs for a smallish group. Last SM said to “expect a package next”. It’s been a week and nothing. Not even sure I would want the position, so hesitating reaching out, but I assume they’re interviewing others (or I’m being ghosted). Normal? It was a bit of a bizarre experience, which is another reason for my hesitation.

5th year SM here and don’t have much clarity on next level promotion. Recently got an offer from Oracle for Sr. Director role. Is this a step up for a SM or a lateral move? Not sure if I should keep looking or accept the Oracle offer.

In the process for a non-tech Principal Program Manager role in AWS (HR-related). I’m currently an M3 at Deloitte up for promo to SM in PY22. Landed a job offer as a program architect at Salesforce CSG group, $150k base , 15% bonus, 48k RSU/4 years. Also got job offers as senior manager level Tech role at two big 4 , TC is about 40% more. Is it no brain to choose big4 over Salesforce? Please share your insights, thanks
