What is the optimal level (BA,C,SC,M,SM) in consulting to exit to industry for highest compensation/opportunities if you dont plan on pursuing PPMD?

I am weighing my options here
1. Option 1: Join the industry at a Senior Manager position in a mid sized med device company in it's 5th year under a PE firm (mention this as there is a potential that it may be sold). Spoke to the Senior Director and it's going to be a clean slate. Need to build things ground up. My base salary falls by 10k. Bonus component is very promising and everyone told me that the bonus payout has been great

2. Option 2: stay with PwC. Take the additional 10k cntd...

I just accepted a SM role with SF.com for around ~230k TC. Wondering if I sold myself short or if it is in ballpark. Any thoughts ? This doesn’t include a signing bonus

Fishes need advice, I'm a M3 and my Partners have repeatedly told me that I am the strongest candidate for promotion this year, they haven't said it for sure though. I got contacted by Deloitte Digital, and I am being offered a Senior Manager role with a slight bigger pay when compared to my estimated salary after promotion (10k per year). Is it worth changing? what are your thoughts?

I’m joining a newly developed corp strategy/new ventures team at a high growth tech company.

Currently the leader of the group reports directly to the CEO. Underneath that individual will be a senior manager and a manager. I was offered the manager position. Before I accept my offer I would really like to speak with the senior manager. Would it be out of line for me to ask to speak with them before I accept my offer?  apparently they’re still negotiating with that individual.

Alumni or current employees of cohnreznick. Read some employee reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed and one complaint was that promotion was super competitive and made it seem they are hard to come by. Although the posters did not reveal their position, I assume that it was Senior to Manager, Manager to SM as it’s generally easier to move from associate to senior. Do you agree that promotions are super competitive? More so than B4 (for those who have experience in both)?

I have a job offer to be an internal “innovation” senior manager at a public company. Essentially my role would be developing new revenue generating digital businesses for the company.

Now an EY SM on LinkedIn I spoke with has agreed to refer me for the role (he doesn't know I had applied and is rejected)

What are some cool companies hiring aggressively? I'm a senior manager specialized in Salesforce with 6 years of payer implementation experience and 10 years of Salesforce experience. Would be open to moving outside payer. Everyone is really nice but don't find the work or pace to be all that stimulating.

Senior Strategy Manager. Just approached by DaVita recruiter about a director role (big P&L responsibilities). Does SM with 12-15 YOE to Director make sense? Worried pay will go down considerably? Also, new parental leave looks not as good. Anyone have insight?

Happy Saturday folks! Anyone have thoughts on comp for Senior Manager of pricing strategy at Salesforce? Will be receiving my offer next week. Curious about typical base, sign on bonus, and RSUs. I've been told performance bonus is (up to) 15%. I have two other offers, one of which is a director or pricing position with base close to $200k, 12% perf bonus, no RSUs.

What’s the typical / good exit comp for an SM at a big 4 (financial services)? On track to be partner this year or next. Got an offer at 700K.. My question is purely on compensation - no other factors..
