If I’m not charging any billable hours is it acceptable to “work” from home one day a week? I’ve asked for work, my office is dead right now post 10/15. Just don’t want to get in trouble for putting

Not excited by our bonus structure. Everything is dictated by billable hours and I’m just churning with no motivation.

Asking creatives to work on a project with lots of award potential but minimal budget/billable time allocations. So the majority of the work would be done on personal time.

I can't wait 'til the day I can quit.
As audit ain't nothing but bullshit.

I’d be curious to hear about people’s chargeable/billable hours. What are your goals vs actual, best/worst years, etc. I’ve only ever worked at one regional firm so my knowledge is fairly narrow.

Correct way to record time? I travel for my engagements but it seems if you’re traveling, it counts against your total billable time. I just think that’s weird. Am I doing this right?
