I need help with my interviewing skills

What KPIs do you give upper management to set hiring expectations for senior tech talent? What tools do you use to calculate/track applicants vs recruiters screens and submissions vs HM interviews which lead to offers?

I’m curious - let’s say you have a role to fill but they are targeting only female candidates to balance out the team. What recruiting strategies can i implement to meet those needs?

What are some ways that you’ve created urgency or rebuilt momentum in a deal cycle where it was otherwise lost? (E.g. customer ghosting you)

COO’s & previous SR. account executives…

I made it to regional manager for a franchise by age 22. Ran a successful financial practice & sold by the age of 33. Took 2 years off and built a health & wellness coaching platform for my wife (medical provider). Then, the last 2.5 yrs, have been a top producer in Saas sales as a senior account executive. I’ve been told I would make a great COO someday and I’m ready to take the next step into leadership. Who/what should I be targeting next?

Anyone was an account rep/ account executive at Uber? Or know anyone who was? I’m thinking of applying to have Uber on my resume, but don’t know what they do.

Any advice for someone looking to transition into a full HR Generalist role from Recruiting. I’m currently a Campus Recruiter with about 5 years of HR experience (Coordinator- Higher Ed). I received my PHR certification in September 2020 and sitting for my SHRM-CP in two weeks. I’m having a hard time transitioning into a full Generalist position.

Hi all! I had my first ultrasound yesterday morning (~36 hours), and now I am having steady dark pink spotting with dark mucus. Has anyone experienced the same or similar? The ultrasound went well, but with this new spotting I’m getting worried. Too late to call now, so looking for similar experiences.

Anyone here have severe lower back pain due to depression or other mental stressors?
Had many X-rays, MRIs, etc and they find anything.
A specialist told me it’s most likely psychological.

Will I burn bridges if I don't do a full two weeks notice?

For example if I put in my 2 weeks on a Wednesday, will I burn bridges if my last day is the following Friday?

I personally think that's more than enough time especially since it's 7 business days (instead of 10), but would love to hear thoughts
