Saw a friend’s friend was laid off by EY New York office. Anyone know what is the updated policy of EY regarding covid19, will large lay off going to happen soon?
Considering doing USCs online MBA - currently work in Cyber/Privacy at EY (senior) and think getting an MBA would be the next logical step. Long term Goal is to get into MBB and eventually head a program in FAANG. Any insights or experiences with USC would be greatly appreciated.

Is this good time to change? Have an offer from EY, to join their tech consulting in May. How is EY's position in dealing with COVID? 9 yoe. H1B Current - Capgemini, 140k, NYC EY - 135k, Houston
It’s been exactly one year since I got on a plane for work. Staffed on long term local engagement. What do you prefer; travel grind and perks or local engagement? FYI - work for EY.
So far I’ve seen posts about EY, KPMG, and BDO’s upcoming comp reductions. Curious if other firms have made similar announcements? Can’t imagine anyone will be immune to this, just hoping no layoffs
Currently a manager in deloitte making 145 and I am offered 165 as a senior consultant at EY. does this sound like a good move?
Leaving EY, had a discussion with Talent and was told my accrued PTO from 2019 will not be paid out and will loose it. I stand to loose 170 hours of PTO as a result of this new policy. Advise please!
Is there a chance EY and other firms shutdown at some point they have to take into consideration amount of mental stress and news from friends and family. Expectations to deliver with same timeline...
Joined EY making 95k as a Senior. It was a 31% raise from my previous job but I’m a bit bummed that I didn’t try to negotiate for 100k .-.
Been working at EY as a new grad for about 11 months. I honestly feel a bit underpaid and am just not satisfied with where I’m at. My ideal next step would be a recognizable tech company (not too particular about the role). Should I wait to apply/is my application likely to get dismissed? I don’t have referrals but I see jobs at Google etc that closely match my skills, but I’m off a bit on some of the experience requirements.

SO and I are separating. Looking for ways to make ends meet in terms of paying for the entire rent myself. Living in California, can I work part-time in the cannabis industry making deliveries? It’s fair to assume this needs to be reported in independence, can EY fire me for this or will this raise flags for future career developments? Im aligned to financial services within EY.
After being through the coronavirus, I thought I am good both physically and financially. But I was beat to the ground when I got my medical bills. Our EY medical plan only waives the fees for testing (the prescreening process before the test is not covered as well).... Geeze... come on, other big 4 cover all expenses related to covid. And even UnitedHealthCare waives all fees for all fully funded plans...
Is it just EY or all Big4 are extremely short on seniors these days? I keep seeing managers’ posts here that they are working with staff directly.
