They're claiming it's due to allergies, but I've gotten several confidential concerns from employees and customers alike due to the current enviornment.

Looking for advice. ~1 month ago I started formally complaining to HR about some toxic partners, uncompetitive comp, and excessive work load. There has been a lot of TO in the last 12 months and I have been interviewing elsewhere. On Friday I was given a surprise compensation adjustment from $105 to $120 and it’s been complement city for the last few weeks. Chicago, 7 YoE, 5 in buyside AM and 2 in my current role at inv. consultant. Thoughts on salary level / should I stay?

I’m moving to LA in 2 months and want to stay in a short term rental before finding an apartment to rent for a full lease term. there is so much I don’t know, and the more I learn, the more I feel I don’t know about the city. Has anyone used any of the furnished short-term rental apartment buildings in LA before? Or should I go with AirBnB/VRBO? Any advice?
