Can any one please tell how the project allocation will be done at Infosys for lateral hires ?
Do they recruit for specific projects during interviews or for bench ?
When i asked about project details, HR said it will be informed only after onboarding.

Is it ok to show just a snapshot of the compensation (Salary Breakup) which I have received from another employer to my current employer if they ask me in order for them to match or better that offer?
