Any teachers in here with adult ADHD? I was recently dx-ed and boy does it make sense... any tips/solidarity for managing your own brain/procrastination/lack-of-organization?

I'm living with adult ADHD, yep. I take some meds for it but it doesn't medicate all of my symptoms. I just embrace the messiness and minimize it when I can. I came up with a system for getting things done that works for me and stuck to it. Always have. It's really unorthodox so I won't explain. Just do what works for you.

I would also like to know what you do that works. I'm struggling and always have been.

I was just diagnosed two weeks ago. Went to my doctor's after a staff meeting on ADHD in our students. It explains a lot of my problems in school and academia, a lot of my anxiety and struggles. The meds I started haven't done anything for me but I'm on the lowest dose. Being diagnosed helps me better understand my kids with ADHD.
