This is a question about friendships. Two friends got into a really bad fight this past weekend. They have each asked me to hang out this weekend. What do I do? I don’t want to have to choose sides. One is a friend I’ve known a little longer and has been a good friend and so she would feel betrayed and angry if she knew I were still friends with her now-enemy. The other I’ve known less longer, but we seem more compatible. Advice??

Well, I was the one who broke it off. I couldn’t get him to love me the way I needed or even respect me enough. It’s been 6 weeks of not seeing each other. We messaged this week. He doesn’t get it…. His messages show he still doesn’t know what he wants. Yet, if I am totally honest, I hate how part of me wishes he would do a grand gesture/finally decide to be a better man. It’s delusional. It’s crazy how love can be so rosy, sweet & blinding that the red flags seem surmountable.

Boyfriend and I have been dating for ~1.5 years and we still only spend weekends together. I want to move in together at the 2 year mark but bf thinks it’s too soon... just feels our relationship is stagnant and not going anywhere. Any thoughts from ppl who’ve gone through similar situations?

I know this sounds weird, but I think my fiancé has my tech tapped… I journal and write short stories that I’ve used as an outlet for years. Way before I met him. Lately, it feels like he repeats things that I’ve written or said over the phone. For example, I’ll tell a friend that I want to visit her in San Diego. Seeking advice: I’ve been working as an analyst at a PE company for 18months 4 days a week on a part time contract and I feel like they are under paying me. I’m earning 42.2K p.a They want me to go full time as I am graduating however I don’t know what the base salary for an analyst with 18 months experience would be.
