The Matrix Institute might be able to help, they conduct a free initial assessment with an intake councilor where you explain your situation. This gives you the chance to decide if their treatment plan might be the right approach for you or not. Their addiction treatment was effective, and they will work with your existing therapist or (I believe) recommend one for your specific needs - as I recall they encourage you to seek additional therapy alongside their program, though everyones situation is different.

That’s odd that insurance wouldn’t cover outpatient. I think a good start is with Hazelden. They are the OG’s in the recovery game and I bet hey can point you in the right direction. Also, if you’re in NYC, major hospitals with detox units may accept your instance. I’m talking about Roosevelt (on 114 & Amsterdam), Mt. Sinai, etc. Good luck. Keep pushing fwd. You can do this...
