Does anyone have the SoFi HYSA? How has your experience been with them? Their $250 cash-bonus plus 3.25% APY looks incredible. Are there any better offers than this at the moment? I know some offer higher rates but that $250 goes a long way.

In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly. I am finding that in most cases where I compare the voluntary benefits industry, I might be underpaid. What is an appropriate base salary for a position in which commission is replaced?

The general rule of thumb for a mortgage is 28% (primary residence) of gross income. My firm switched up their process and now instead of nice size raises it’s large bonuses. So getting increasing my gross income doesn’t really change unless I include my bonus which is obviously a variable. Is their a recommended approach for these scenarios? Maybe use agi on tax return instead of gross income?
