DWP BIRMINGHAM HAVE THE Worst staff, unhelpful, when you ask for a report review or report on your progress, they are non existent, they target minority workers, support racist groups of colleagues. if you do well, they do not say anything, even the smallest mistake LIKE mispelling a name or client, can land you formal disciplinary meetings. This is meant to be an official job but it is run by prejudiced and racist management who seem to only care about people who “look and act white”

I get really giggly when I’m nervous, and laugh at basically everything anyone says. It makes me appear quite immature in front of client & coworkers... Any tips on how to calm my nerves?

A coworker at non-work HH said something antisemtic to me. Do I talk to him about it or should I tell my manager and HR? I'm nervous about retaliation because I've experienced it before when reporting something to HR.

I was called into HR because a coworker overheard a conversation between me and another colleague taking about cable/streaming shows that we watched or recorded. I have been in an awkward reporting structure for 2.5 years. On record I’ve reported to the VP of Marketing, who was crazy toxic, and technologically inept.
