Are they affordable for those starting out and is it easy to find doctors who take your insurance?

My two young toddlers are home from daycare for the next 1.5 weeks for the holidays, and I have off work to watch them. It’s only been 2 days, and I’m so exhausted that I’m counting down the days until I go back to work and they are in daycare. Does anyone have any tips for enjoying this time? I love my kids so much, but how do SAHMs do this every day? I’m so drained already, and I have no patience left…

I have well documented PCOS and my GYN said I don’t need to wait 12 months for intervention because I have 16 years of documented menstrual irregularities. I just got off my birth control in December. We want TTC starting in my next cycle. Just wanted to hear peoples experience with femera. My whole life I’ve been told it will be a struggle

I want to thank everyone in this bowl for getting me trough the nightmare that is PCOS related fertility issues. After 1.5 years of trying, two rounds of medicated IUI, accupuncture and every other homeopathic treatment available, a vanished twin…. Hubby and I welcomed our little girl on Friday at 37 weeks. It’s looking like my job is gonna start asking us to return to the office. We have an open office plan and before we wfh FT I would save all my work for my telework days bc I can’t get shit done in the office. I’m having major anxiety about them making this decision. In ELSS mutual the total we can save save tax is 1.5lakh. Do we need to invest yearly 1.5 lakh yearly to save tax? I am planning to have a Sip of 5000 monthly for 3 years. So total money invested in 3 years will be around 60000 * 3 = 180000.

Is Federal/Public Sector consulting fulfilling work? I'm at a tier 2 consulting firm right now focused on retail clients, and I just feel like there is zero point to this work.
