JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

How did she get into your building?! That’s concerning honestly! When a parent flips out on my I tell myself over and over that they’re probably angry about 1000 other things and I’m just the person they feel like they can take it out on - it’s not like I can just quit mid year or move their kid to another class (although I have seen both happen lol). It’s hard and sometimes it takes a bit of time to get over it, but telling myself that helps a bit! I’m not a parent but I can’t imagine how they’re doing it in this economy. I’m barely hanging on and I only have a dog and some plants to keep alive. I try to give grace where I can, but if a parent makes me feel uncomfortable I will CC my building principal on all communication and request them to be present when I meet with the parent in person!
I agree. You are not the problem. Keep breathing and reminding yourself that you didn’t do anything wrong.
That's my mantra as well. Just keep breathing haha
It is difficult not to be affected by someone yelling at you. Allow yourself to feel those emotions, being hurt, upset, frustrated, etc. The parent is venting and it could be they are just upset at their child and taking it out on you. It could be their own life is a mess and taking it out on you. You have to tell yourself their frustration is not your problem.
