Yes! My PGL & a partner made inappropriate comments to me and a third partner iced me. I reported the situations. Since telling HR, no one in the practice group talks to me. I cannot confirm but I believe HR asked people to shy away from me as a way to keep me “safe.” I could sue if I wanted, and I would win. The comments and actions were direct evidence of discrimination.

If you experienced implicit bias or racism at work from a supervisor, it's important to address the issue. It's recommended to report it to HR or a diversity and inclusion representative. They can guide you on how to address the situation appropriately.
Has anyone reported racism and what was the response? I am afraid that if I report, I will be silently iced out

I reported and got iced out. Very demoralizing and I’m angry.
