I just got an offer from EY in London but considering based on what the maternity policy is which doesn’t seem to be spelt out in contract or benefits pdf. Does anyone know a) if there’s a minimum employment period to qualify and b) what the enhanced maternity pay is. I’ve read both 16 weeks and 18 weeks.
I’m a Pro now, baby!

Could any of you fellow European fishies shed some light on the validity of this assumption? Sharing experiences would be highly appreciated.

Nuna TRVL + car seat (there are options for the car seat)
Their car seats are pretty luxe, with all of the bells and whistles. Lightweight, good fabric, shade, etc.
The TRVL is super versatile and airport friendly. It's also useful well beyond the infant seat. It's not great for bumpy terrain (even older sidewalks), but that's not its purpose; quality suspension and a wide wheelbase shouldn't be expected with a small, lightweight stroller.
The car seat pops in and out of the stroller very easily.
If the TRVL had existed when we had our first it would have been a no brainer. We got a yoyo instead which is great but having to keep track of the adaptors for the car seat is a pain
We love our uppababy vista with mesa car seat. The stroller base is biiiig and bulky tho so if you’re looking for something compact, that’s probably not your move. But it’s a really nice and sturdy stroller.
We used the Chicco Keyfit 30 because it had the top safety ratings. It has a click-in base that makes it so easy to get in and out of the car. We have the mockingbird stroller with the car seat attachment for it. We traveled the world with that combo
We have the Nuna Pipa Lite (which I think has been replaced with the another model) and the vista for day to day use in the city (there are connectors you can buy to make this work). Loved the bassinet for the vista for walks when babe was little. It’s a bulky stroller but not made to really be light for travel. Basically everyone in my neighborhood has the vista (the park is just a vista parking lot lol)
For travel we have the bugaboo butterfly and it fits in the overhead bin which is awesome. Not super useful for a tiny infant, but once you get to 4-6 months it’s great. I think you can also connect the car seat to it.
My mom got the upoababy mesa for when we visit and my daughter grew out of that (too tall) several months before she was out of the nuna.
The fold on the Nuna strollers is so slick, and they pair seamlessly with the car seats, which are rated really highly in crash tests. I went with the Nuna Swiv (which has wheels you can unlock to roll any direction, and is compatible with a bassinet too) and the Pipa carseat, and loving them both 9 months in
I have the nuna triv next and matching car seat. I love them both
We have a silver cross reef with a Nuna aire then we switched over to Chicco 360 and bugaboo butterfly 2.
We’re expecting baby #2 and doing it the same way.
We did the uppababy vista and minu combo with the uppababy aria car seat! The vista is awesome but bulky so the minu we keep in the trunk and click the car seat in and out of it for doctors appointments and quick trips. We also opted out of the doona given the safety concerns and also it gets really heavy once your baby also gets heavy.
I loved our Graco travel system. Much lower price point and always was happy with it 🤷🏼♀️
Thank you everybody!!! 😊
