I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Hello fellow introverts! Instead of talking to people I have an Instagram account to shout my opinions about books into the void. Id love it if any of you would be willing to take a look and give me feedback on the reviews. I feel like they aren't quite at the level I'm aiming for.

Maybe good to start with Quiet by Susan Cain, it should shed some light for you as to how some introverts think and ideas for working with their style.
OP - at work, I prefer to have 1:1 relationship building coffee or lunch if I am forced to “network”. Team dinners, happy hours, etc., are things I dread, find draining, and actively avoid. Don’t assume everyone on the team enjoys these events, make them “optional” and not mandatory.
At home - that’s basic relationship work, figuring out what each other’s needs are and being supportive.
Read Quiet by Susan Cain.

Don’t expect others to be like you.
"Dealt with" ? Sounds harsh and like you're framing introversion as a problem that you now need to cope with to make it work. IMO reframing how you learn to gel with your partners needs and tendencies is the first step.
Secondly, I would highly recommend just asking and listening to whatever they say. But overall just understand the specific events, acts, and conversations that are draining for your partner and the ones that bring energy and excitement.
For example - get togethers where they don't know any may me more tiring, so they won't want to do it all the time. But cuddling and watching movies with you may be energizing. Finding the balance between them is key
Extroverts and introverts are not a good match, in my experience ( I’m highly introverted). I gave up on finding intimacy with them.
I read Quiet and it gave me some insights on how extroverts tick. Before that, they only came across loud and self absorbed to me, always hungry for external stimulation and being entertained.
And no, it’s not cuddling and watching movies at home all the time.
It’s more that we need time for ourselves to do the things that we enjoy, which usually only includes people we are very close to, if any.
Relationship-wise, understand the need for time alone and don’t take it personally. Have a busy enough life with your own activities that you’re not relying on your partner to fill your need for socializing and constantly hounding them to spend time together. Coming from someone struggling with this currently 😭
