Location constraint:
I have got a very good offer that i cannot deny, but location is Hyderabad, I want this in Bangalore location. I am not onboarded yet, spoke to HR , he said it is not a big problem, Thoughtworks is very flexible.
Currently it is WFH, but once it is back to office.. I dont want to relocate. How easy it is relocate from Hyderabad to Bangalore, Thoughtworks

Looking at these numbers I’m thinking my billables were low even before Coronavirus.
65 or so billable and maybe 30 non-billable. I’m transactional and most everything died or went on hold.
61/77 I’m in a firm of just 2 of us doing mostly transactional. We’ve had a few called off but found that most things haven’t been canceled, just kicked down the road a bit
152 & 33 non-billable. Total # of hours is consistent with Jan and Feb, but higher proportion of billables in Mar
170 and we don’t have a requirement, but I was told to do better in April lol
146, with nonbillables included. But have a 150 per month goal/low minimums at my firm so not too bad given everything

An hours hoarder.
If you bill 50 hours a month on your own you can double your salary and work a bit less.
The administrative side of things can easily be shifted to others should you have more billable hours that you want to clock. But if you are billing 50 hours a month I think you can handle sending out a few bills.
