Training is the best filter the military has, and the higher up you want to go the harder the training becomes even more complicated.

I had always thought of physical training as a Marine, until I was in combat, I feel that it rather fell short, since training tends to prepare you for moments of stress on the battlefield, you can never match the situation but it is the intention.

Many people say that training is a filter, I think that it is rather a character modeler because many people think that they cannot achieve something and when they manage to exceed their own expectations, they really feel much better about themselves and understand that they are capable. to achieve many more things.

In each step of my career, I felt that I was not going to be able to complete the physical training that I did not have what was necessary, but it turns out that if that was the case, I completed it and I understood that everything is a matter of calming your thoughts and making your body work over time.

Physical preparation is essential, but when you are in that moment of extreme exhaustion is when your head really begins to work, those stressful situations are the only thing that can be similar to combat conditions, what is the difference? that in combat your brain works faster because you are in life or death situations.

I felt that I was not going to be able to overcome it but something in my work was more than normal, after finishing I realized that I cannot set limits and that I must prove myself to where I can stand, that is how my character and desire grew. to be an officer.

We were not trying to conceive. And I was drinking alcohol like twice a week.
Now I missed my period and pregnant. I am panicking a lot, not sure if I want a baby right now. Definitely i cant deal with pregnancy constantly knowing how much u drinking could have affected the fetus and if i could ever endure the consequences it would bring upon the baby
Help me understand if my baby will be fine or not.

Trying to have faith but my recent cycle netted 16 eggs, 8 fertilized and only 2 made it to day 5 for testing. There were 3 others that just didn’t mature. This is my third cycle and I’ve been pretty positive up until today. It’s especially hard to get this news in the middle of a work day. Just tired, still bloated and not feeling all that hopeful as we enter this LONG wait until we get the results next week. I hate feeling like this knowing my chances are getting slimmer by the day.

Anyone here downshift in life post service?

Feel like I've been going full bore for the past decade and literally have no problem continuing the trend. Like I could just keep marking milestones and grinding or whatever until I die.

Wondering when if anyone else felt similar and decided to pull back and do something more relaxing. What was the catalyst, what are you doing, and are you enjoying it?

I'd considered taking up a 9-5 somewhere but not sure if thatd wear off fast.
