Cleared Accenture Skill interview by answering almost all the questions and received congratulatory mail for HR round and submitting all documents. I think my work persona is pretty much just my regular personality. I try to be pleasant toward people, and I try to handle things with a sense of humor. I'm not really paying attention to pleasing people in a strategic sense. But I'm just aware that things in the workplace go easier if people are congenial.

I don’t think my work persona varies that much from how I am in day to day life. I strive to be kind, helpful, and humble always . The vast majority of people respond well to that and so it makes it pretty easy to get things done.

EE here. It's not what you know, it's who you know. I've learned this over the years but also learned that my top heavy company is run by folks that don't understand what we build and sell. Brown nosers move up and it's gross. I won't participate.
