I am considering two offers at the moment. One is with KPMG as an entry level tax Business Analyst and the other is with New York Life as a Representative in the Service department. I am highly interested in the role with KPMG and the opportunity for advancement there is but the pay is very low. NYL offered me 10k more so I am leaning on accepting their offer. Guess I am just looking for some insight or career guidance, any help is appreciated.

Repost - The % of the African American population killed by police in 2019 is roughly 0.0005%. It was 235 people. But around the same year 6,000 african americans were killed by eachother. How do we reconcile these facts? In 2013, 72% of african americans were born to single parent households; one of the strongest indicators of future poverty and criminal disposition. Can we acknowledge and fix instances of police brutality while also not ignoring our cultural problems as well?
