To be honest, you're leaving, so I wouldn't worry about doing your best work right now... they knew you were leaving and still gave you this new, extra work. It's on them if it's not done the way they want it to be.
What you were thinking is right. Looks like she is trying to exhaust you with all those work. I had a manager friend who does the same to her outgoing employees so I kind of had the idea of what's probably happening with you right now.
That's got to be frustrating. I think both things can be true. She does want to give you experience that will help you succeed later in your career. I also think that your manager does need that assistance and you are the one she's choosing to perform that task. If you can try to choose a different perspective. Only you know how much you can handle. If it's too much leaving early really won't hurt you much.
Yeah, it's tough, and I see both sides. I think she genuinely wants me to succeed, but it feels like so much extra responsibility that I wasn't expecting when I'm about to leave anyway.
Escalations are how you move up in these places. I went escalations and am now a Supervisor looking for my next promotion...
You must be pretty new to call center work because actual training is rare in all of the call centers I worked at. I mean, you always go thru a training class, but it's extremely basic product training and pointless "soft skills" training
