I need advice on how to tolerate a manager belettling you in front of everyone (done to multiple people), speaking with an attitude for weeks, and using curse words that were directed to you?

Senior revving up to manager promo. Only nervous about one thing at the manager level which is having to answer pointed “Why??” questions from higher up clients on live calls. Any one else work through something like this? I’d appreciate any tips or suggestions as I really suck at dealing with unexpected push back.

Might be the wrong bowl but finding it extremely difficult to focus on work post busy season.
