I recently landed a mid level role at a reputable shop after a few years in agencies that didn’t have their strategy offering really thought out. I’m nervous I lack the structure and foundations to be a good strategist. I’ve been attending workshops and reading for years but it’s hard to that feeling off — a combo of imposter syndrome and also knowing I have a few gaps.

I got an offer with TCS and initially selected joining date as Jan 2.. but current org released me in 1 month instead of 3 months.. I asked TCS HR and others for early Onboarding but they didn't respond well..

I’m considering a less sales-oriented role that doesn’t pay commission. The new role will have a higher base but lower overall earning potential.

Less of a question, more of a request... stop asking your junior BIPOC strats to work on BLM briefs because they are the only voice of color on your team. In a time where we need support grappling with our very REAL realities and how it impacts how we show up in the agency, the LAST thing we need is an “opportunity” to express our “unique POV” on a diversity brief (that we won’t even get to speak to none the less).
