I think it depends on each one of us, I like to wear trousers all the time, so I am used to do it.
I believe it helps promote gender equality within the Air Force, as they can wear either trousers or a skirt with their dress uniform.
The decision is often based on comfort, practicality, or personal preference and can be worn with confidence, knowing that it follows regulations and maintains the dignity of the uniform.
They can show off their style as long as they honor tradition and maintain professionalism; I don't have an issue with it.
It also depends on their work area, as skirts have a more formal feeling than slacks, but it's a personal preference tbh.
