It’s just water weight. Too much salt leads to fluid retention.
Sodium isn’t your enemy, start with cutting out processed foods and fill 50% of the plate with a veggie

It’s just water retention. Eat a banana or something else high in potassium to help flush it out.
If you have high blood pressure or a family history of high BP, it might be a good idea to watch sodium levels in general (talk to your Dr about it). But if you’re worried about a one time thing, the weight gain is probably from water retention. When you eat a lot of sodium, your body holds onto the water to make sure the sodium levels in your body isn’t too concentrated. And excess sodium is excreted from the body in urine. While chronic consumption of high sodium levels is never good for you, I wouldn’t be too worried about this one time ramen situation.
It’s just 100% of one day’s recommended sodium, no need to significantly cut salt the rest of the week! Salt is important to your body’s functioning. Just hydrate and make sure you’re getting whole grains and veggies and fruit.

We eat less salt than our ancestors did (they didn’t have preservatives). Salt is not the enemy, sugar is. I don’t monitor my salt intake and overall love salty foods. I do find I put on water weight after especially salty meals like sushi with soy sauce but I lose it in a day or two.
