In the beginning I had alcohol to keep me company, then once I got sober I had my meetings and fellow alcoholics to connect with. Now I am married with two kids, which is where I get much of my connection from, though I do still get to my meetings.
I am not suggesting that this an option , but as support thst you do need to find a friend group. My life opened up in a big way because of that common ground of AA and the friends thst I've met along the way. Human connection is a major part of the path to sobriety because it is a primary component of having a useful and fulfilling life.
Look for groups that share your hobbies or find somewhere to volunteer. Human connection can be found in a myriad of places.

I feel this completely but WFH is so much better than driving to an office everyday sitting in traffic and sitting in a desk all day.
Some of my friends started Twitch streaming and joining gaming communities to shake the loneliness
It must be hard to learn also. When I started out in sales I learnt from what colleagues more experienced than me did. Half the time you’re not even aware that you are. Hybrid is a great mix of both worlds. Maybe suggest to your company you need a form of connection and collaboration irl.
I looked for something hybrid so I can wfh most days but go into the office if I feel I need the human connection.

I think this side of remote work is often overlooked. The flexibility is great, but spending every working day alone can be much harder than people expect.
Gym and church
Sounds like you may need a role where you are around people and in the office. I would suggest a hybrid position to ease your way back into the office.
You probably don’t get paid anything, but I would gladly swap positions!
I'm in that same boat. Most companies I have worked for have Teams which is good during work. Before or after work the gym can be an option or church. There is always the option to return to the world of work and work in an in office situation. Hope this helps.
It's probably just super minority opinion but if you are staying at home all day, you can foster dogs/cats.... it is VERY satisfying to realize that our action, fostering, is literally saving the little lives. And you can connect with so many different people with different background through that experience too.
