I’ve tried to reach out over email to a Partner at another firm I’d like to work in. Had a hook, clear ask, succinct note, something easy for them to say yes to (a connect with their EA to set up a time). But have emailed twice now and received no response.

Any tips on what the third follow up should be?

Have you tried encouraging cards highlighting their strengths? When’s the last time you said “Thank you” out loud to everyone in front of everyone? Bought lunch? Participated in a team building event? Encourage a team atmosphere and keep the lines of communication open. Just my thoughts
