Ladies - have you had any success joining women's groups or meeting other women who golf/want to learn? Most of my friends are not interested and a lot of women at the club seem to have their own little cliques etc. Not sure what to do

I got an email last night from a 7th-grade parent because her son said I mentioned the words "male privilege" in class, and she is very concerned about how that is related to ELA (she said "reading"), and she is concerned about this being taught in public schools. To be clear, I didn't do a lesson on this subject but we did discuss rights versus privileges. I've had multiple parents contact the school/get upset with me because of things like his. It's exhausting... Thoughts?

I felt like a walking zombie during thanksgiving, barely eating and barely talking. My family is small and I told them ahead of time my relationship ended. It is really hard to do well in this business without sacrifice and my partner doesn't like it. To be fair that sacrifice is her... Most nights,over the weekend, and during every meal. She deserves better but I either sacrifice time or sacrifice earning potential.

My mom and dad are separating (bad terms) and not speaking, but my mom asks me about him everyday. She knows I don’t want to talk to him or about him, but continues to bring it up everyday.. Hi everyone I am relocating to Hyderabad next month. Even though I look forward to meeting new people I can’t seem to ignore the fact that I will move away from family. My family situation is already complicated, my mom and dad are not on good terms so we don’t live together and when I move it’ll get worse. People that have small children - how do you deal with your child’s stress and separation anxiety when you go to work? My 4-year old goes berserk almost every day at some point relating to me having to work. The worst part is that I’ve been working from home bc of Covid and I’m literally just walking upstairs after giving hugs and kisses and saying see you soon 800 times. My spouse is a stay at home parent, but that doesn’t seem to matter to my son. A piece of me dies everyday because of this.

Bought my first club set online (used to rent) and I was bending a lot more than usual. Stopped by PGA store and found out I need 1” long clubs, so I returned my set and am on the lookout for new clubs. Any advice for 1” long beginner sets? I often get teamed up with male golfers as not many ladies play in my area. I feel like they feel awkward (cause they get silent around me, only saying good shot when I make a good shot) and so I start feeling awkward too, and it negatively impacts my game. Is it just in my head?

Taking some golf lessons, got a women’s starter set I got to make sure I liked golf first. Instructor mentioned that the driver is like swinging a wet noodle for me lol and I should look into a men’s or one with stiffer flex. I have no idea what to look for. Are the people at Dicks Sporting Goods knowledgeable or worth driving the 40 min to PGA store?

You get to be a member at 1 country club in the world. For sake of the question, you have easy access to whatever it is and can play the course/use the amenities often.

6 months pregnant and shot a 94 over the weekend - I haven’t played that well since high school! Had to share with some folks who might appreciate it - husband shot one of the worst rounds of his life, so I can’t revel in the accomplishment with him. 😆🏌🏻‍♀️
