I received an email from the HR at Monitor Deloitte that I've cleared the case round and a back to back discussion with partner and director of the team will be scheduled. Been almost 3 days since this email, haven't received asking for availability from the scheduling team. This for a role with their Lifesciences Strategy practice in the UK. How long do they typically take to schedule the final round of discussions? Do they eliminate candidates in this round?
Hi Fishes, Can Anyone please tell, one of my friend joined Tech M in August, At the time of joining she was 3 months pregnant and now shes worrying about her manager. She wants to inform them about her pregnancy; is it right time to inform? Or she needs to wait for 6 more months for that to inform? Anyone please clearify.. Any PR professionals here up for a quick chat?
Thought I'd share another leadership opportunity, this time for industry leaders in the Tech & Digital sector. Would love to connect with anyone who is a senior leader (MD / SVP) with deep experience in this sector alongside leadership experience in a TA / Growth or Client Relationship environment. Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

Are you asking if they’ll hire her and start benefits and such, but then she won’t REALLY start for 16 weeks? Or are you asking if she can work for, say, 3 months, then get maternity benefits?
It is closer to the latter scenario. Depending on when she gets hired, she can work for at least 3-4 months before using the primary care giver benefits including paid time off. She is not looking to leave right after. I think her goal is to find an interesting data science role in a company that offers 12-16 or more weeks of paid time to employees starting day 1.
