I feel its better as is. You have a immovable asset so it has already helped you in diversification. I would suggest you to invest in commercial property or a land. Rental yield is very less, its mere 4% per annum. Does not seem like a good investment option. DM me we can discuss further

Rental yield is mostly low on residential properties, if ur ok staying in rented flat for long, leave it as it is (buying home is a often emotional decision than financial) , if u want to invest in real estate, go for commercial real estate estate, u can also take the reits path.
