Need some financial advice -
I own a 2bhk in bangalore that is on rent(no loan) and currently I am getting 35k as rent. I don't want to shift to this apartment due to location unsuitability. So I myself live on rent paying 30k currently. Which option is better:
1. Buy another 2/3 BHK and start living there.
2. Buy a not so costly 1/2 BHK and put that also on rent.

2option is better as you would've getting tax exemption on that purchase

I feel its better as is. You have a immovable asset so it has already helped you in diversification. I would suggest you to invest in commercial property or a land. Rental yield is very less, its mere 4% per annum. Does not seem like a good investment option. DM me we can discuss further

Rental yield is mostly low on residential properties, if ur ok staying in rented flat for long, leave it as it is (buying home is a often emotional decision than financial) , if u want to invest in real estate, go for commercial real estate estate, u can also take the reits path.

Scores consider the number of accounts that are paid as agreed. Your score was impacted because the number of these accounts is too low, or because you've missed payments recently on some of your accounts.

I’m considering building up my I bonds to eventually replace my 6 month expenses emergency savings account. Any downsides I’m not considering? If I slowly ramp up and ladder, I can partially withdraw any amount if I need to after a year. Even with lower inflation in the future, I’m guessing it’s going to beat a savings account yield. Thoughts?

Hi fishes,
I'm 22 and planning to take a life insurance. I'm comparing all policies and max life seems attractive as it has good claim settlement ratio and less premiums. But there is no office near our area. My worry is that if there is a need to claim in future, it can be done all online by my nominee? Is it recommended to take policy online in any platform(like policybazaar)?
Other options I'm considering are SBI life, HDFC life which offices are available in my locality.
