Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.
https://ergochair.co/collections/chairs/products/ergonomics-mesh-chair-w-adjustable-headrest-and-armrest?variant=32511617597491
My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

With the 100k points and travel credit alone it's paid itself back more than 3x
Their 100K sign up bonus is being downgraded in the next week so if you're going to get it, get it soon! But even without travel (I am also currently on a local project for the next year), I think it's hard to top 3x points on dining along with their 50% added value in travel redemption
As long as you plan on taking 1-2 vacations that would use the $300 travel credit (which actually you could also use in Ubers) and spend $3333.33 per year on flying and dining out, you are good. At the very least, worth keeping a year since the bonus points for spending 4K in 3 months (just plan a bigger vacation, use it for anything you'd expense, and cover restaurant bill and have people venmo you) are worth around 1.5k in travel credit
... And I am currently on a local project and don't foresee much travel for next 6-8 months so not sure if can use their lounge benefits to the max.
