Seeking Advice on Career Growth in SEO – How to Level Up?

Hi everyone!

I’ve been working as an SEO Specialist for the past 2 years, primarily focusing on on-page optimization i.e https://fescobilling.pk, content strategy, and keyword research. While I enjoy my work, I want to take my career to the next level and become an SEO Manager or even a Director of SEO in the future.

I’d love to hear from others who have successfully advanced their careers in SEO.

What to do if co-workers talk behind your back and administration knows about it, but don’t do really Anything about it. I feel very low and unhappy and would like to quit, but have a contract til 21.

I have a total of 8.1 yrs of development experience in Java, Bigdata and Hadoop (new to it).
I got an offer from Capgemini for Manager/C2 designation with a CTC of 24 LPA. I just wanted to know the roles and responsibilities at this designation.
Will it be a profile shift from technical to managerial position or is just a designation (as per HR) the actual job would be to lead/guide any team?

Currently working as an in-house SEO for a big ecommerce company (fortune 500). Currently earning 65K CAD. Contemplating a position for SEO manager on another company, SaaS B2B, very small office (<50people), pay around 80-100K. It's not a startup.

Did anyone made a move like this? From a big company (SEO team has 5+ people) to a very small company? I'm worried about job security and how stressful this new position would be, considering I'll be the only SEO professional there.
