Ladies, how do you take care of yourself when you fly? Specifically as it relates to skin care and bloating. My body is super temperamental so when I travel anywhere, my face breaks out like crazy, including painful cysts. My whole body swells up with about 10lbs of bloat. As a result, I just feel miserable the whole time and when I get home. I drink water but is there anything I can do to prevent these things?

What I'm confused about is that even as a teenager I could read entire books overnight. But the last two years of high school I started selectively zoning out and the problem has become worse since. Hey all just FYI my psych told me in my appointment that stimulants ordered from Express Scripts often give patients problems...including me. Felt like I was taking something totally different.

I have not been diagnosed with ADHD. I definitely fit some of the characteristics that go unnoticed in females. The good news is if i do have ADHD, it makes me quite good at my job as I’m very flexible and can provide positive energy to my patients. Anyway, my boss has told me I have ADHD multiple times. It seems rude when she says it, and she follows it up with “I say that because I love you” which i feel is so unprofessional all around. Anyone have guidance on how to handle this?

My psychiatrist today revealed to me that I may have ADHD, still a hypothesis that he is still exploring but from my personal experiences and discussions with therapist, it seems likely.

One example of personal experience is my ongoing prep for case studies as I'm interviewing with a number of firms. Hello All - I struggle with time management. I take medication but I have no idea whether a task will take 40 mins or 4 hours. Because of this, I over commit and under deliver. Also, having been on the receiving end of criticism, over time I have developed a perfectionist streak. I won't turn it in if it is good enough. How do you break out of this habit?
