I take my meds first thing after I brush my teeth. Then I head downstairs for a decaf coffee and to feed my pets. I start my day that way, an hour later I eat breakfast and then at lunch I exercise and then shower.

Got pregnant through Letrazole + Ovidrel IUI and my doctor has me on estrogen 2mg 3 times a day and progesterone 200mg 2 times a day. I’m week 7 and already am or feel huge. I’m so paranoid these hormones are making me gain so much unnecessary weight in my first trimester. I’ve been eating the same and literally none of my pants fit. Will my body readjust when I finally hit week 10 and can hopefully be off both hormones? Any advice here?

Are we so busy juggling (with Covid making it worse) that there’s no time for this? Or are we blissfully happy so not much to question or comment on? I learn much from the conversations in other Bowls and think Boston wisdom would be good to read too.
