Always hope! Don’t get to down on yourself, just get right back into it. Your body will be back in ketosis before you know it. Here’s a visualization that helps me a lot:
If I’m sailing from point A to point B and a bit of wind pushes me off my intended course, what do I do?
I don’t stop and immediately turn around. I don’t stop and yell GODS OF THE SEA TAKE ME NOW and jump overboard, right? (Well... sometimes I feel like this 😉).
I course correct - adjust the sails, maybe re-route for a bit, et cetera. Keto, or making any healthy lifestyle changes, is just like this.
Don’t burn your boat or preemptively walk the plank; just get back on it. You’ve got this 🤗
You are going to have days like that. Just get back on it again the next day.
I’m on keto, good and bad days. Been on it for 3 months and lost 20 pounds.

Of course! I think I can safely say I’m not the only one who’s been in the same situation, keto or otherwise. 🤗 it’s easy to get down on ourselves for things when we don’t perfectly execute them
If you go overboard you could always do some cardio on the next day to help get back. A lot of semi keto diets include “carb ups"
Too* damn I must’ve been tired 🤦♀️
Burn off the extra glucose or fast, it’s not the end of the world, just slows your progress
