Taking my SHRM-CP exam on Friday. Any advise from those who have taken the exam?

Bill it

Pace yourself when taking the exam. Don’t take too long answering the questions. If not sure pick an answer and move to the next question. Don’t take any liquids prior to the test as if you have to go to the bathroom, time does not stop.

Stop studying 24 hours prior. Let your brain rest. Have a good proteins filled breakfast but limit your liquids. Don't rush...really read the questions. If you aren't sure of the answer, skip it and go back at the end

Since there isn’t much time left to learn something new, revise as much as you can and practice questions. Best of luck

Best of luck to you! Let us know how it goes!

I signed up for the SHRM CP exam. Anyone have fairly recent materials they’d be open to selling or sharing? Would love to not pay 700-1000 on access to the learning portal or a class. With my masters, I can’t get EY to cover the certification but it’s something I wanted to do this year.

Thinking of getting my SHRM-SCP, anyone out there have it? Is it worth it?

Hi everyone! Just looking for some insight. I’m about 4 years into HR, have my bachelors. I’ve been toying around with the idea of getting my masters in something relating to compliance/labor law and that side of HR. Shrm certification is also on my list. If anyone has some advice on what to get a masters in specifically, I’d be open to suggestions! I’m trying to find something that would be worth my while and would give me a step up. Thanks!

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology.
