Those in remote customer support jobs, what did you do/say to get the job? I am finding it extremely difficult to find a remote job that pays well and doesn't need much experience.

Any advice for a 3rd year risk assurance associate looking to break into a consulting role? I grew up with a lot of social anxiety so I can't really believe I'm saying this, but my favorite thing about working at a store is that I have to talk to people every day. It's really helped me come "out of my shell" and stepping outside of my comfort zone has given me more confidence than I ever thought it would.
